A helmet that rocks side to side won't protect you. Measure once, order the right size the first time.
Wrap a tailor's tape around your head just above the eyebrows and ears, at the widest point. Read the number in centimetres. If you're between two sizes, take the smaller one — padding settles in.
Fits 57–58 cm. Snug on the cheeks, no pressure at the forehead.
